Creating or Revising Favorites Lists

The Favorites screen is an abbreviated program guide containing only the channels and programs you’ve chosen.

Up to ﬁve favorites lists can be created per set-top box.

To set up or revise a list of favorites do this:

1. Press the MENU button on your remote control.

2. Use the RIGHT ARROW button to select Settings on the horizontal menu bar.

3. Use the DOWN ARROW button to select Television. Press the OK button.

4. Use the DOWN ARROW button to select Set up favorites. Press the OK button.

5. If you are creating a list for the ﬁrst time, select Set-up. If you are revising a favorites list that is already set up,

select it and press the OK button.

The Favorite channels Settings screen shows all the channels that are available to you, with a check box next

to each channel. Channels that are in your favorite channels list have a check mark in the check box. The

picture-in-picture (PIP) at the bottom of the screen shows the program currently playing on each channel.

6. Use the UP ARROW, DOWN ARROW, and OK buttons to scroll through the list and select channels.

You can do the following:

  • Include a channel in your favorite channels list. Select the unchecked check box for the channel, and

then press the OK button. A check mark appears in the check box.

  • Delete a channel from your favorite channels list. Select the checked check box for the channel, and

then press the OK button. The check mark disappears from the check box.

  • Reset all the check boxes to unchecked, clearing your favorite channels list. Use the ARROW buttons to

select Uncheck all, and then press the OK button. All the check boxes are cleared.

  • Show only the channels in your favorite channels list. Use the ARROW buttons to select View checked,

and then press the OK button. The list shows only check boxes that have a check mark, and the View

checked option becomes View all.

  • Show the entire list. Select View all.

7. Press the ENTER button. The Viewing Options panel appears.

8. Select Rename this list to name the favorite list, or Delete this list. Then select Save.
