18.0
CUSTOMER CANCELLATION PROCESS
If order needs to be cancelled because the customer does not want the service, refer the order back to
Dispatch via your handheld, business as usual, with appropriate remarks indicating customer wants order
cancelled.
19.0
NO ACCESS POLICY
If a customer is not available for the installation appointment, refer the order back to Dispatch with
appropriate remarks indicating no access/rescheduling needed. Dispatch will refer the order to Customer
Service/IRC who will then make customer contact to renegotiate and reschedule the appointment.
20.0 TIME CODING
Technicians must use the following Activity Type when coding time associated with any type of HSI
Installation at the customer premises:
