11.0 Qualify and Install Wiring for Gateway Installation

11.1 Install Wiring for Gateway:

Step Action

At NID locate and install DSL lines (two lines per customer)

Wire dial tone pair to home phone wiring POTS Splitter.

Run CAT5 cable from phone NID to data jack for the gateway.

Wire pins 3&4 (line 1 inner pair) and 2&5 (line 2 outer pair) to the data port with RJ11
