void getAllTopLevelTopologicalLinkNames(
in unsigned long how_many,
out globaldefs::NamingAttributesList_T nameList,

raises(globaldefs::ProcessingFailureException);
Description
This interface has the same behavior as the interface described in
3.3.5 getAllTopLevelTopologicalLinks, page 3-23, but instead of returning entire object structures, this
interface returns their names.
