Identify Your Set-Top with the Serial Number

At times your service provider may ask for the serial number. To ﬁ nd the serial number for

your set-top, look on the bottom of the set-top for the label. The serial number is a 9-digit

numeric code to the right of the letters “STB SN” on the label.
